We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all product data — including pricing or availability — is free of errors. Mistakes may occur.

We make no warranty or representation that the website content is error-free or current. We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing inaccurate details — even after submission. Please also review our full Terms of Use.

📍 Sales Areas

As per our policy, Ulanzi Egypt only sells and delivers products within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
International orders are currently not supported.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping across most governorates and regions is handled via Foto Express company vehicles.
For remote areas, we partner with trusted third-party logistics providers.

🗓 Note: No shipping is conducted on Fridays or official Egyptian holidays.

⏱ Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on:

• Internal order processing time

• Customer’s location

• Delivery method selected

Ulanzi Egypt is not responsible for delivery delays due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Strikes

• Accidents

• Extreme weather conditions

🔁 Return Policy – Ulanzi Egypt

Subject to the exclusions, timelines, and conditions below, Ulanzi Egypt accepts returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

• Defective, or

• Unopened, unused, and still sealed with its original security tape

✅ Return Requirements

Returned items must:

• Be in original packaging

• Include all accessories (batteries, chargers, cables, manuals, tags, etc.)

• Include a copy of the purchase invoice

⚠️ Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed defective by the Ulanzi Egypt Service Center.

📌 Returns received without an invoice or outside of policy conditions will be refused.

💳 Refund Period

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Defective items require 1–2 working days after return for inspection and verification
