📄 Terms and Conditions – Ulanzi Egypt

ulanziegypt.com is owned, managed, and operated by Foto Express Egypt S.A.E., the exclusive partner and official distributor of Ulanzi in Egypt.

By using ulanziegypt.com (the “Ulanzi Egypt Store”) to purchase products (“Product(s)”), you, the customer (“Customer”), agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Privacy Policy, and all disclaimers appearing on the website.

1. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete, and current. However, there may be instances where a product contains inaccurate or incomplete information, including pricing or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We may also cancel orders containing such errors.

2. Order Approval

All orders are subject to approval by Foto Express Egypt, and we reserve the right to reject any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion — for example, due to out-of-stock items, invalid payment, or unusually large orders.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up phone call within 24 business hours (excluding holidays) to confirm product availability, pricing, delivery charges, and payment method.
An order is not deemed accepted until the products are shipped.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placement by calling customer support — unless the order has already been shipped.
Foto Express also reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including pre-orders or backorders, with notice sent via email or phone.

5. Partial Shipments

We may ship part of your order if necessary. Any remaining items will be shipped when available or canceled at our discretion.

6. Pricing & Charges

Prices shown include taxes but exclude shipping charges.
Shipping costs will be communicated and confirmed during the phone confirmation.
Any additional charges, including applicable taxes or handling fees, will be clearly stated and are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Credit/Debit Cards
Bank Installments
Direct payment at our office

Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

8. Quantity Limits & Resale

Orders are limited to end-user purchases only. Orders suspected to be placed by resellers, distributors, or dealers will be canceled.
By purchasing from the Ulanzi Egypt Store, you agree that you are not buying for resale.

9. Changes to Prices & Terms

Foto Express reserves the right to update prices, discontinue products, or change terms at any time without notice.

10. Shipping Policy

All deliveries are subject to the Ulanzi Egypt Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Return Policy

All returns are governed by the Ulanzi Egypt Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Website Use

13. Enforcement

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of rights.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, including referenced policies, form the entire agreement between Foto Express and the Customer, superseding all prior communications.
Any changes must be in writing and signed by Foto Express Egypt.
